The Castle Hotel is a family-owned and run 3 star hotel based in the centre of Merthyr Tydfil, a town steeped in Welsh history, situated about 20 miles north of Cardiff.
The hotel was purchased by Mr. Surinder Khehra in 2005, and immediately he set about the task of refurbishing the hotel and returning it to it's former glory, when, as Merthyr's prime town centre hotel, it provided a superb hostelry to the towns population, business clientele and visitors who needed a high class residence to rest and take in the surroundings of the town.
